• Gladney Home Study Fee - $2,000 (Home Study Review Fee of $750 if another agency conducts the Home Study)

• Post Placement Supervision Fee - $2,800 (if Gladney conducts the Home Study)
• Post Placement Administration Fee - $1050
• SUBTOTAL PAID TO GLADNEY - $13,650
